I think it sounds different. I can't say that it sounds better. But as long as the lights are off and I'm kicking back to relax the main thing is that it's nice to take my glasses off and rest my nose. But I do feel it has a positive impact on imaging. But I can't be sure because you have to bring your hand up to your face which obstructs a lot, and I'm not anal enough to devise some sort of device to remove my glasses without using my hands. And even if there isn't any difference at all, I return to the simple fact that it's nice to take them off. Same reason I turn off the lights.
